Q: Do you ship to XY country/region?
A: Yes, we provide shipping to all countries/regions except mainland China, Indonesia and Bolivia; unfortunately, due to logistics reasons, we are currently unable to ship to these regions.
Please note we also do not support shipping to military addresses (APO / FPO).
Q: How long does it take to ship?
A: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. We pack and ship immediately and strive to send your package as quickly as possible; usually the entire shipping process takes 5-12 business days.
US domestic deliveries usually take 3-7 business days; international deliveries usually take 3-8 weeks, depending on the courier, your delivery address and customs clearance.
Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by uncontrollable factors (such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.).
If you purchase multiple items in the same order, you are likely to receive them in separate shipments. Each item has its own independent tracking code.

Q: Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
A: Changes can only be made before processing starts; once the order enters the processing stage, we are unfortunately unable to make any changes.

Q: The estimated delivery time has passed but the package is still in transit, what should I do?
A: Please note that for the following countries/regions, delivery may be delayed for several weeks due to customs clearance:
